They sure are! I am a self-representing artist and all of my beads are made with my own two hands, in my basement studio. Do you accept special/custom orders? TOP
I sure do! I get special/custom orders all the time, and enjoy them! If you see something you like, add it to the cart, and i'll create something almost exact. If it's not in my catalog, drop me an email and we'll discuss the beads you want.
If you do request a custom order, I cannot refund that order. What types of payment do you accept? TOP
I accept Paypal, well concealed cash, personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes, I ship worldwide, and can give you a quote on shipping once you send me your address. Can you ship to a friend that resides in the USA if I am international? TOP
Absolutely! Just mention the ship-to address upon completion of your order. What if I am not 100% happy with my beads? TOP
If your order was not custom, and you are not happy with your beads, you may return them within 10 business days of purchase, for a full refund. Are your beads kiln annealed? TOP
Yes,
all of my beads are kiln annealed, using a temperature controller. Kiln
annealing relieves the stress in the glass, and helps prevent cracking.
It also gives the beads added strength and durability, so you get the
fullest life of your beads.
